This notice explains how ROOM 8 uses the information you give us through this website.

What we collect

If you use our contact form we receive your name, email address, organisation (if you give one) and your message. If you email us directly we receive whatever your email contains.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to deliver that work. We do not sell or share your details for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Lawful basis

Our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to work we deliver are kept for as long as we are legally required to keep them.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@roomeightgroup.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
